Did a forest bathing session with Claire and it was wonderful. Claire is a brilliant guide and put us all at ease straight away. I would recommend these sessions to anyone. A lovely way to step away from stresses of daily life

Thank you to Claire for a beautiful, wholesome Sunday morning spent forest bathing. We were invited to immerse ourselves in the forest using all our senses & to connect with the trees & become more mindful of our surroundings. The best forest bathing experience!
