Friendly staff

I was dining alone and wanted to sit outside, I was told by a member of your team that I had to go inside to order, which I did, however, I asked at the counter for one of the team to save me a seat outside as I was alone, we don't save seats! I was told. I explained I was dining alone and didn't want to purchase a glass of wine and food incase the seat got taken. No one offered to help me, four team members were putting out seats inside, as the following day was the day that you could sit inside. Customer service at its worst!
