Absolutely brilliant service. Opened up our static caravan after lockdown to find our built-in fridge freezer had broken. Murray's had 2 replacements in stock to choose from and fitted it by 4pm the same day including having to fiddle with the cabinet where the fridge/freezer was housed.That's what we call service and really pleased we could support a local business. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wanted to support a local retailer but should not have bothered. Hoover never worked properly and store told me to call the manufacturer despite it being just 6 months old. Bad service, won't go back and horrendous customer service. Don't take the risk buying electrical products from this store!!!!

Have always called Murray Electrical when we had a problem with white goods. They are very professional, reliable and willing to go the extra mile.My dishwasher broke down this week, the engineer came out today, found the problem (broken water pump) and came back this evening with a new part to fix it. Can't recommend highly enough, brilliant service, many thanks.

Great service .Needed a new built in fridge in a hurryPhoned one day and 24 hours it was installed .Engineer did a really neat job,tidy ,competent..and even showed us how to get rid of some scratches on a wood floor!Don't bother trying to buy from Nationals.. doubt you'll get as good a deal and service
