I recently had the pleasure of using Legacie Management specifically The Element Quarter to book an apartment, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of outstanding.From the very beginning, the process was seamless and efficient. I was impressed by the detailed listings, complete with high-quality photos and comprehensive descriptions, which gave me a clear sense of what to expect.The booking process was equally smooth especially considering I was doing all of it from Pakistan. The customer service team was responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing all my inquiries and assisting me in selecting the perfect apartment that suited my needs.When I arrived at the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised. It was not only exactly as described but even exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, amenities, and overall condition of the apartment were impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home.I also appreciated their transparency and professionalism in handling the rental process, making it a hassle-free experience from start to finish.I highly recommend Legacie Management ltd to anyone in need of quality accommodations. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from the rest. My experience with them especially Mr.Kev was outstanding, and I will undoubtedly choose them for my future rental needs.

I have been living here since July 2022, and the apartment is great! The staff is professional and welcoming. There are great facilities that come with living here like an amazing spa and workout room. I am very pleased with my experience with Legacie developments.

Bought a flat in Ropemaker Place, very happy with the management service. I’ve had no issues and it’s seems to be a very popular location for tenants to rent. Would use Legacie again, they know what they’re doing.

I've read some of the mixed reviews, and I don't know who other people have been dealing with, but we had an excellent experience renting from Legacie. Lee Glover is one of the nicest people I've ever met, and he showed us the flat and got everything initially set up for us. Our main contact/manager was Olivia Cox, and she was nothing but professional and pleasant in all of our exchanges. The apartment was clean and modern, and we would definitely rent from Legacie again.

Just met with Olivia Cox, responsible for the building at Parliament Square Liverpool where we bought off plan in 2019. We were very impressed with the quality of the finished project (last time we visited it was still a building site) and throughout the construction communication was good which was reassuring when Covid was around and we couldn't go to see anything.The facilities (gym, lounge, spa, cinema room, meeting room) are amazing and exceeded our expectations and everything seems very clean and well looked after with a very friendly guy at the building reception. We enjoyed a nice coffee at the new cafe on the ground floor too. All of this should help us to make sure we attract and retain happy tenants.Everyone we have met and dealt with at Legacie has been great so kudos to you all and long may it continue!

I think it is Irrisponsibe compay with discriminaatory attitude (especialy Diane). My recomednation is to avoid them . Do not waste time and money. They are cancelling bookings whenever they want.

0 Communication!!During our stay at The Summit, we had little to no issues with maintenance or communicating with Legacie (only issues were scratches on the floor upon our arrival and work still being done in the bathroom??). Additionally the rooftop terrace (which was one of the reasons we chose the building) was never actually completed during our tenancy of 9 months. However the main reason I am writing this review is due to the 0 communication from Legacie once our tenancy had finished regarding our deposit. I emailed our property manager, Yasmin several times but she completely ignored every email. It got to the stage where we almost had to get a solicitor involved to sign the Statutory Declaration Form. It took over 2 months for the deposit to be returned. Highly unprofessional service from Legacie, I would advise against letting with them as I have also read similar reviews about the same problem…

Absolutely shocking experience that after 4 weeks of moving out we’re still having to deal with. Rent is ridiculous for the quality of the flats, communication is a joke and just after moving out we’re trying to be charged £800 worth of damages and cleaning! Scammers and unprofessional as still waiting for some response regarding to our deposit dispute.

Disorganised and dishonest, in a nutshell.My 10 month tenancy was wrought with issues to the point it became a joke amongst my friends.- My flat wasn't available for my original move in date and I wasn't told until 4 days prior.- The car park I selected the building specifically for, because I was told one was available, didn't become available for 3 months after I moved in.- The radiator just fell out of the wall one day.- Around 18 water heaters in the building simulateously fizzled out leaving the apartments without hot water or electricity for 2 days.- The on-site team let themselves into my flat while I was on a work call one morning, announced they were testing the electricity, then switched it off.- One month, a staff member emailed me demanding to know when I would be paying my rent"

I am shocked! Irresponsible, unprofessional, rude and scammer company and stuff. I booked apartment, paid, we agreed about all conditions and immediately they cancelled my booking. No answer (especially Diane Senior Administrator) and rude behaviour. Treat me like nobody and do not apply refund.Please avoid this scammers if you do not want to waist money and time
