Henry is a legend! He went out of his way to help me and I can’t express how grateful I am. I looked for other storage units with other places but Henry provided a great service from the start. When I got to my unit I realized it was too small and he worked after 5pm just to help me sort out another unit. I would highly recommend this place and this branch exceptional customer service.

First off.Storage facilities.Large. Bright. Accessible. Large lifts. Plenty of trolleys. Nice wide aisles. Safe and Secure. Plenty of parking. Toilets. Large covered reception area.Staff.Courteous. Polite. Knowledgable. Any changes no problem. Did not go for the hard sell on insurance and padlocks (unlike another local storage area!) Just told you these were available.Henry and Diana dealt with us, nothing is a problem, they were excellent! Very friendly and polite.CostBetter value than all the local competitors. Easy to understand . No hidden extras.I would thoroughly recommend Big Yellow Barking 100%

The Location of the Storage facility is strategic, as it is not too far from Barking Town Centre. Easily accessible by car and public transport.The Customer service guy that dealt with me HENRY was very professional, helpful and excellent in the presentation of the details.The Pricing was reasonable and the introductory offer was attractive. Security is great.The interior of the storage is welcoming and clean. All in all, a great experience so far.
