I booked for him to come at 25 March 10am and he came to my Property at 11am. He told me he went to the COVID Vaccine centre, which is why he was late. When he finished working, I told him our Tenant moved at the 31st of March, therefore we needed a worker before the 31st March (I even told him when I booked for a worker). I called him multiple times, text him even more all to no avail, and on 30th March he told me he will write the EICR and send it on the weekend. Then he disappeared and he come to contact on 7th of April and claimed the money.One of the most rude, unprofessional and a fraud of an electrician, so think before using this company.

Derek carried out a full house rewire in 2019 and did a fantastic job from start to finish, he ensured we had an electrically safe home for my family. Adding a number of new sockets, kitchen and smart thermostat.Very pleasant and always singing a song.
