This is such a wonderful service. Dee and her team are very welcoming and immediately put the kids at ease. There are a range activities provided for the kids to eliminate boredom during the process. My stepdaughter had a severe infestation and is being cleared quickly and efficiently.Covid regulations are strictly adhered to which is reassuring.I highly recommend the subsequent appointments to ensure full clearance.As an added bonus, my stepdaughter has left both times with beautiful plaits.I can't recommend Hairforce highly enough. Absolute stars.

I got treated with my 2 daughters and spent almost £700. This is a huge sum of money and I’m unsure how effective it will be in the long term.I would have liked to see some sort of discussion as to how to prevent the lice from returning, as we don’t have the resources to return to be retreated.Also as the first treatment lasts 90 mins, there are no toilets on site.

This place is a lifesaver! Dee and her gentle and efficient girls have helped me numerous times getting rid of nits and head lice on my two girls and from time to time myself. And they 100 percent live up to their promise of eradicating the nits completely. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Nits make every mother panic. Hairforce allows you to keep calm!! I have had to use The Hairforce at various points in my childrens lives. I thought it useful to write a review to offer caution to anyone booking to look at the full cost implication before committing. We paid £240 for our service. The result for this fee is that my daughter was left with live lice on her head and had no eggs removed at all during her allotted treatment time. The dilemma we then had was that the service felt futile unless we continued to further treatment and booked her in for more time, charged from £80 but would go up depending on number of therapists and time spent.Context: my daughter did not have a very heavy infestation. We were informed she had around 80 lice in her head before they stopped work. She has long, slightly wavy hair. Because of this, at booking in, I was informed I would need to book two 'lice assassins', which I did. Unfortunately, we arrived 20 minutes late (but called ahead to apologise and warn them), so our time was curtailed, however with 2 therapists working on her for 1.5 hours we were told that although the infestation was not especially heavy, her hair was inexplicably" hard to treat.Because of the poor outcome of the first appointment and the open-ended fee to continue

With 3 daughters, all with long hair, the onset of lockdown also brought a plaque of the dreaded nits into our house. Lotions after lotions, combing after combing failed to get rid of these little pests. We were literally at our wits end when we came across The Hairforce Clinic who were interviewed on This Morning about their unique solution that gets rid of head lice. We attended the clinic and after 3 visits we are officially nit-free! Hurray. (we probably could have got away with 2 visits but I wanted to be extra safe) The team is super efficient and what's great is they don't use any products during the process - which is a combination of vacuuming the nits out and drying any eggs to break the cycle. As well as painstakingly checking every strand of hair. I would thoroughly recommend. It's not cheap, but if you want the problem solved it's well worth every penny.

A fabulous service I can’t recommend highly enough to definitively end the scourge of nits. Knowledgable and super thorough technicians worked through all three of my children in a calm, quiet room. Stark contrast to our bathroom sessions of screaming that never end well and always seem to result in an egg being missed and the awful cycle restarting. Thank you!

Great service. The people are friendly and take time to explain everything and VERY thorough. It turns out we didn’t have lice or nits after all but it was worth it for the peace of mind. Also appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me any products. The cost though is high so this is not accessible to all, hence 4 stars instead of 5
