Great choice of frozen foods . Reasonably priced. Chilled meats and foods . Everything you need . Spend over certain amount and get it delivered . All staff are nice and pleasant

It's a long time since I visited any Iceland and happy to say I'm amazed at the options. I went for Slimming World products but equally their own high end offerings are so varied and we'll recommended by family. Only reason not 5 star is there was only one till open so a bit slow to checkout.

Didn't intend to go to Iceland, as its a store that I don't shop in, but I was surprised. Good range of products , not all home label, products priced fair. Plenty of offers and promotions. Observed a person ask for assistance without any hesitation member of staff assisted them.didnt leave them until they had completed their visit. Really impressed, that they took the time to be polite and curious to an individual unlike other stores at moment. Store very clean and staff friendly but fare to everyone during this time. Will visit again if in area, plenty of parking and another couple more stores on same area.

Worst customer service in the UK -when you order online,you can guarantee that you'll get an email,informing you that an item or items are out of stock.Today(29th July 2022)I sat in virtual silence for two hours,to ensure I heard the delivery driver knock,only to receive a text FIFTEEN minutes before the delivery window expired informing me that the order was going to be late!Customer Services say that the store informed them it was because of an influx of onlineorders,YET the delivery driver said it was due to problems with his van!Someone's lying -either way it proves what a low opinion they haveof their overseas!
