I was needing a wedding cake at short notice for my daughter and Terri came to my rescue! I gave Terri my brief with an image of the kind of cake my daughter was after. I found Terri very credible with the questions she asked and very responsive. The end result was simply superb! The wedding cake not only looked fabulous and exactly what my daughter was after but it tasted absolutely delicious! The sponge so moist and yummy. It was perfect. Thank you so so much for making my daughter delight at her wedding cake! You were an absolute star.

A fantastic cake for my 60th. Looks great, tastes great. These ladies are amazing and so creative. I would recommend them 1000000 times over.

Terri and her colleagues made a fantastic cake for my wife's 80th birthday. It was topped with an elephant beautifully modelled on the Kandy Perehera procession in Sri Lanka. Terri drew design and colour inspiration from photos I sent her. If you need a cake made to the highest professional standards, to meet a very specific brief, look no further. And the combination of flavours - caramel, mango and passion fruit - was out of this world!

The cake that Terri made for us was stunning and delicious. We had a tasting session where she made sure we could try as wide a variety of flavour combinations as possible. However the standout part of her process was the discussion before hand to get an idea of what we were looking for. While we were stuffing our faces with cake she was sketching out design ideas based on that talk.

I can thank Terri and her team enough for such an incredible cake! I went to the shop for the chat about what I would like my cake to be like (my husband let me decide on the cake.) I honestly had know idea, I kept looking on Google for inspiration but still couldn't find anything that thought would go with the festival wedding and suit both our our personalities. Terri was amazing at pulling out different ideas and with me saying yes or no to different things we came up with a cake design that felt unique to myself and now husband. The 2nd visit was the cake tasting, with my pre chosen flavours I wasn't really sure what to go with but ended trying different purées and buttercreams and found 3 delicious flavours that we could all agree on (my mum and sister happily came to the cake tasting). The communication after that was brilliant, I rang at different times asking about this that and the other and Terri was brilliant and answered quickly even if I had to leave a message on the answer machine.On the day of the wedding I didn't get to see Terri arrive with the cake, as I was very busy getting ready, but the caterers said she was great, efficient and arrived when she said she was going to.The cake was STUNNING everyone was amazed and how it was well thought of and was my and husband's personality. The 3 different flavours were amazing and the whole cake was eaten, none went to waste (it took a few days to eat it all) the flavours were, chocolate sponge, cherry curd and vanilla buttercream for 1 layer. Another was raspberry and white chocolate everything (I think) and the last flavour was vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream and passion fruit curd. No one could choose an favourite, they all tasted so good.I would 100% recommend Terri to everyone, you can't go wrong.Thank you so much Terri for such a brilliant cake we wouldn't have changed a thing

We chose EriVica Cakes for our wedding on 24th September, and from the beginning Terri was fantastic. She was helpful and insightful with options, quick to respond to questions and extremely professional. The cake was stunning, and absolutely delicious, each layer a real triumph, with many guests commenting on how great it was. The cake tasting process was one of the most innovative, creative and fun experiences and made for wonderful memories too! Cannot recommend EriVica highly enough and our only sadness was only having the one slice of cake on the wedding day itself!

We got married on June 2022.I am glad to choose EriVica Cakes for our wedding cake.She made the art which I wanted exactly as I drew and sent the image of our wedding cake design.Also, the tastes of the cakes are absolutely stunning and amazing.You can have lots of selections for the flacours of cake and fillings.I highly recommend this cake shop.

Working with Terri on our little project was very easy, even with the time difference. We live in the USA but wanted a birthday cake for our newly graduated Doctor son, he works at the Ipswich Hospital. We found Erivica Cakes online with many other cake makers.The process was very easy, Terri sent a few examples of what she could do, we added a few things and hay presto on Saturday our cake was delivered to our totally un-expecting son.Thank you Terri for being such a pleasure to work with. He loved it! You made us happy!

Absolutely brilliant!We had our day on 22.10.22 and had our wedding cake made and delivered by EriVica Cakes, and we could not be more thrilled. Everything was spot on, super helpful and accommodating, clearly a very skilled baker. The cake was absolutely stunning, definitely the autumn vibes we were going for, not to mention how tasty the cake itself was.Every time I walked past the cake table I had some chocolate cake lol, TOO good, I don't know what secret ingredient was put in it but that was the perfect chocolate cake. The bottom tier was the classic strawberry and cream sponge cake, the top tier was apple cinnamon. Sadly I didn't get to try a piece of the apple cinnamon as that was emptied out immediately upon serving lol, but everyone who had some said it was absolutely delicious xWarmest recommendations from us! xx
