My visit to chatime left much to be desired. The bubble tea was truely awful, and it was evident that the place was understaffed. Considering the simplicity of making bubble tea, such a glaring failure must be attributed to the poor management. I strongly suggest exploring other bubble tea shops for a better experience.

I particularly love the jelly bits and popping bubbles (not the boba) teas. All the different flavours are nice.

I ordered taro milk tea but it had more of a super thick milkshake consistency which made it difficult to drink, and the taste of taro was quite powdery. The tapioca pearls are also harder than I would like. Don't recommend, there are far better bubble tea shops in leeds

So i have been trying all the bubble tea places over the leeds and the specifically i always try taro milk tea at every place however i have been going cha time from 3 years compared to other places cha time’s taro milk tea is most original bubble tea i have ever tasted not like other places too liquidy or too watery. Cha time taro tea is best in test and texture as well. Cha time is the only place which made bubble tea the best in leeds. No other places in leeds comes first compare to cha time. Best taste best place and best people

Their selection of teas were interesting, I liked the range on their menu, and the pearl and Jelly choices were decent too.Price are average, most places charge that level, in city areas.Service was fast, considering how busy it was.

Good selection of drinks with vegan options available on some drinks, but range of milk teas with optional soy milk could be improved. More seating available inside than many other bubble tea stores.

I've explored a lot of bubble tea places and have loved Chatime's the most! I have been coming to this place for a year and have never been disappointed. I always make the same regular order and I do not like popping ball toppings. I always ask for JUST tapioca". The staff are always kind and friendly and make sure to get my order right. However

This may not be to everyone's flavour but my bubbles certainly took a long time to chew and digest properly! Different and made an interesting change. Recommend asking for half sugar if you don't want sickly sweet sugar high.
