They (2 workmen) carried out a service and charged an hourly rate for both personnel. Just to add insult to injury they suggested that further work may be required as several items (programmer, zone valve and stat) were faulty. None of these items were actually faulty and it is my opinion that they were simply, attempting to increase their revenue stream.

SAS Trewartha's visited our property about 3 weeks ago and we were told we would have a quote for the work in 4-5 days if the problem could be fixed or replaced not heard a thing poor customer service..

Useless. Took 2 hours for them to say the engineer was ill on the first day, rebooked for monday fine. Fixed the problem but after 2 hours it came back. Been trying to contact them for 3 hours now and there is nothing. RUBBISH

Appalling company to deal with, can never get hold of them, they serviced my dads Aga and within a month it stopped heating up to temperature so have tried to contact them without any success.
