Hi this is the second email I have sent regarding the above order to which I have had no reply. All I want to know is if the order has shipped by who and a tracking number. I have tried to phone numerous times and after being on the phone nearly an hour each time I get cut off. I feel this customer service is really poor as no one replies to emails and can’t speak to anyone directly. My money has been taken and I cannot speak to anyone about my order. Having read reviews on Trustpilot I wouldn’t have ordered. I certainly wouldn’t advise anyone else to order from you. I only hope someone has the decency to contact me.

Purchased a shed that was shoved over the wall of our garden by the delivery driver, damaging it in the process. Customer service never answered the phone. Never responded to multiple emails. In the end I had to claim off my credit card company. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never use this company again.

I would give zero rating if I could. Very unhappy customer. Disgraceful customer service. I ordered a gazebo on the 11 July which I cancelled within an hour, realising the item was going to be too big for my needs. I was most disappointed that having cancelled item within an hour of ordering, the item was still delivered to my home. I have spent the last 3 weeks attempting to contact the company re returning the gazebo. Just to warn any potential customers, emails are COMPLETELY ignored, I have phoned numerous times to be on hold for 15/ 20 minutes to then be cut off. Determined to wait it out on my 4th phone call.i did eventually get speaking to a Representative on Thursday 17 July. This person assured me that gazebo would be picked up by their couriers on the following Monday! That was a week ago and I have heard NOTHING from the company. I am at present holding on the phone to company again. So far , have been waiting 30minutes. Update , I was told I was number one in the queue and then believe it or not, put onto an answering machine. I would like the owner of this company to contact me ASAP. I cannot remember ever before giving such a negative review but feel this company has left me no choice.Mandy Mann

I unfortunately bought a gazebo when the canopy and a side wall came away and tore the same day we put it up and steadily worsened. Icontacted this company who asked for photographs and within 10 minutes i was offered a total replacement of new gazebo which is currently en route. Very happy with the service delivered to myself today. Couldnt fault it.

AVOID!Item was sold as 'delivery within 2 to 5 days'Awaited over 15 days - still no goods - No correspondence either advising of any delays, which I could have understood and accepted, so sent an email asking for an update.As I didn't get any response, I asked for a refund, particularly after reading their very poor Google and Trustpilot reviews.Still no response to my refund requestAs I had paid via PayPal I resorted to soliciting their assistance and have now received a refund.Not a very satisfactory experience, as all I wanted was what they were offering, and would have been prepared to wait if they had bothered to keep in touch, explain and correspond with me.They could easily have pacified me, as I am aware there can be difficulties at times, but to ignore a customer is insulting and unprofessional - learn from it!AVOID

Great service. Our gazebo was dispatched and arrived quicker than expected which was fantastic. The product itself is top quality and even passed the 'will it go back in the bag test' with ease. Many years of use to look forward to.

Purchased a gazebo - canopy arrived damaged. Contacted via social media and responded quickly saying a replacement would be sent - this never arrived. Contacted numerous times via email no response - tried calling and just get cut off promising a call back that never happens! Very disappointed.

Atrocious service - would give zero if I could. Failed to send an item I paid for over a month ago and have been chasing a refund ever since. They ignore emails and when you can get through their awful phone system you are greated with lies. Assume cash flow problems, so be very careful sending your hard-earned their way. You've been warned!

Avoid this company!! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!!!Ordered a gazebo and a garden sail and only the garden sail was delivered.I had to chase up the gazebo to find out that it was ‘missing’ with the courier. I had to wait a further few days for the courier to do a check as to where it was. Not once was I contacted by the company to update me.It appears it was never sent out by the company as there was no stock.Now I’m having to wait 14 days for a refund!!

No messing around with this company. Even in the pandemic they processed my order in timely fashion and got the gazebo shipped to me very quickly. The gazebo itself is of good standard and I am extremely happy with the service and product and would recommend the company to anyone.
