Brightelm - The Event Agency for Associations

We worked with Brightelm on the Global Parliament of Mayors Summit 2018, bringing together more than 65 global Mayors for a two-day summit. While we took care of project management and delivery Brightelm was tasked with delivering the sponsorship needed to make the summit viable.It was great working with Rob and the team. As well as meeting substantial revenue targets, communication between the client, sponsors and us was always clear - ensuring that we were able to deliver the sponsorship agreements to the letter and that all stakeholders were happy. We look forward to working with Brightelm again.

Brightelm has been just amazing and we have been so lucky to have their support, it made all the difference. It was a great experience working with Brightelm. We had to change the organisation of our COST meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemics, and we contacted Brightelm on a short notice. They were able to take over all the organisation and dealt in a very professional all our last minute requests. The event went smoothly, they have a great permanent on-line hosting service. We worked with Brightelm on the organization of a virtual winter school. Tara and Rob are an example of professionality: they did an excellent job by introducing the digital platform to the speakers and gave fantastic technical support before and during the meeting. We worked with Brightelm to host a week long online conference. Everything went smoothly thanks to the organization and professionalism of Rob and Tara. Both the participants and the speakers were able to navigate through the platform easily thanks to the information and training that Brightelm provided. The team was always willing to listen to suggestions and even made some of their own that we, the organizing committee, would not have thought of. Overall, a very nice experience and a great team to work with.

The support received during the preparation and celebration of the 1st AttoChem (CA18222 Action) Annual Workshop was both effective and enriching. The staff who participated in the meeting was very competent and, in particular, the manager is able to listen, adapt to your particular needs and propose new ideas. The commitment shown by the company went far beyond what was expected, and the event improved with their contributions. In particular, we have received positive feedback on the sessions devoted to meeting the speakers after their talks. These “Meet the speakers” sessions will probably be kept in all our future events!

I had a great experience working with Brightelm hosting a recent online training school. Rob and Alice were a pleasure to work with and were incredibly helpful both before and on the day of the training school. They made hosting this event so much less stressful due to their professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness. The platform itself was also very easy to use for both presenters and attendees.

I worked with Brightelm on a Government conference project in March 2020 and what a pleasure it was to work with them! Rob who is the Managing Director at Brightelm is very easy to work with and has a wealth of experience, with every obstacle he had a solution. He helped bring an event that was a little all over the place and streamlined it so that it showed the best for our work but also gave the audience a great experience. We were on the cusp of the Covid outbreak which meant our 150-person audience conference ended up being an online stream instead. This sudden change happened 2 days before the conference and the way Brightelm dealt with it was amazing and reassuring.This was our first event of this scale and our Senior team were very happy with the way it was organised and the final output, so much so that they want to do more similar events in the future.The biggest shout out I could give to Brightelm is that they are top of my list for events we plan in the future.
