Amazing place. Amazing food. Amazing staff. Best place ive been to in a while. Wow the food was absolutely amazing. Also the staff are so friendly and respectful which is always needed. 10/10

The food was brilliant, order arrived quick and was fresh. I Have previously had a bad experience here but the new management have really stepped up their game. My son absolutely loved the chili cheese bites. Will definitely be ordering again.

Just by chance I got chance to visit this branch early in the morning or can say very late. I ordered just normal chicken Fillet Burger and I was surprised to find such tasty and fresh burger better than its competitors. Burger was made fresh and very nice and tasty. Fries were also fresh and crispy. I was again surprised when on request lady staff gave me ketchup, barbecue, chilli and special Burger sauce without any charges and these sauces were not filled in shop but properly packed in factory. Price was very reasonable. I am wondering why I didn't visit such a wonderful shop. Anyways, 5 stars in all aspects. Please keep up this standard and don't downgrade your service like your competitors. I know Chickeno when started used to be very good. They used to serve fresh burgers, generous amount of fries and big packing of sauces. Now it's popular, I have got few times reheated burgers, very few fries and few grams of sauces. I am really glad by your service.

Tried the garlic bread with toppings, food was delicious and service was spot on. Big improvement since new management have come in. Will definitely be going back.

I ordered their crispy chicken burger meal and wings, honestly very disappointing. Taste wise just ok however very small portions.Not worth it

The food was amazing and we all enjoyed our meals.Service was OK. Went in around 11pm, and it was nice and quiet. We asked if they take card payment since there was a sign that said cash only, and we didn't have cash. The worker said no. So we said I'm sure you take card for over £15. Then he said yes. Another worker came and said yes for over £20. Found it a bit strange.

What a refreshing experience, I have previously visited this branch and I must say the service wasn't what I would expect from a well established businessHOWEVER since this branch is under new management it's clear to see the new team have a clear passion for customer service and this translates into the food.I haven't enjoyed a Mahmoods the way I did today for a very long time.Well done guys keep up the good work.And to anyone who hasn't been down, trust me you won't be disappointed.
