I recently took winter jacket (300£)to them and they broke it! they said they washed it at 37 degrees but it should be washed at 30 maximum... don't call them.

Took my suit there thought i'd give it a try, what a bad idea that was. The dry cleaning was terrible the pressing even worse i could of ironed it better myself (NO JOKE) nearly ruined a £500 suit. And when i rang up to complain they wasn't helpful at all (AT ALL).AVOID AVOID AVOID

Took an outfit there for a christening. When I picked it up the silk dress was all bunched up in the bottom of the clothes bag! Totally creased, looked like it had been screwed up whilst it was wet. Girl in the shop admitted it looked bad and said they could re press it but won't be ready till Monday, not helpful as christening was on Sunday. Best of it was I was charged full each for the cleaning and pressing of the dress! Customer service was appalling and need to find somewhere to re press the dress before a Sunday.

I thought the reviews might have related more to dry cleaning, so I took a bag of clothes in for a service wash, and I couldn't believe they wanted to charge me £60 to do it!! I've never heard of such an expensive service wash before (for the amount I was wanting washed). I went down the road, to a place called 'Launderette' (61 Kettering Road) and they charged less than £15 for it (and had an accurate pre-wash quote). Go from Pressed for Time towards town and use 'Launderette' instead.
