We spent over £5,000 with this company (two fires) only to find the gas fire was not fitted to specification and failed 1st service! (Paid £80 for fire to be condemned by independent gas fitter). Easy fires ordered another part and arranged to rectify issue but the fitter did not come as arranged with Joseph! 10 days later fitted phoned and came to fit. The owner has not made contact to discuss. We would not recommend this company as after sales service is poor. We would recommend getting your fire serviced to check it has been fitted correctly !

I am so glad that I found easy fire places. From our first visit we felt looked after, friendly and professional, a breath of fresh air. Beautiful fires and surrounds, fantastic choice and all competitively priced. The men who did the remedial work and fitting were extremely polite and professional , meticulously in their work and cleaned after themselves and when they’d finished. I would recommend easy fireplaces highly and without reservation.

Recently purchased a log burner from easy fireplaces, the guys in the showroom were very noligable and helpful. When the installation team turned up they covered all the floors , furniture etc and soon had my old fire out and created a large new opening. They dropped the flue, laid the flags lined the new opening and installed my new log burner. The whole experience was very good great communications telling me what they were doing at every stage. And the builder is quite dishy aswell.

Bought a mixed pallet off ebay from this lot. Seller contacted me an hour before setting off saying my order had been sold today in some kind of mix up, Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund . I bought it on the 8th that means they sold my property. Avoid

Excellent service from both Chris and Joseph at Easy Fireplace. No pressure to buy, gave us so many options, slotted in an installation to suit us on short notice and even sourced some real logs for our electric fireplace for a real high end look. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Brilliant job done! I was back and forward so many times deciding what to have done. I was talked through the whole process and had a few visits to my home to make sure I was happy with the plans.The guys at easy fireplace take pride in there work. I was dreading the mess, but they made sure everything was covered and cleaned it all up after. I love my new fireplace and marble tops. Would definitely recommend using them. Thanks againTracey
