Just been to this restaurant where they serve biryani with 2 pcs chicken with bones. That is a thigh cut in half meaning 1/8 of a chicken. Naan bread the worst ever. Hard as a rock more like a tandoori roti. Mango lassi was good only thing that tasted like Indian was the chicken 65. I have had better Indian food in Sri Lanka. From experience and knowledge of Indian food I can challenge the chefs on their cooking. My personal advice to the owner would be to get experienced chef and sort out your tandoori team. Rather than using chicken on the bone use boneless thighs. Make sure your naan’s are soft. All the best.

We had ordered 2 Chicken Biryani takeaway after the some good reviews. But we realised that it was Lamb biryani, not chicken biryani, when we started eating it.We do not prefer lamb, but we were so hungry after moving that we ended up having only the rice and leaving the lamb pieces. The taste was ok.I do not expect this from a well established restaurant name. Really disappointed.

Our experience at Hyderabad wala was not good today. We first got in the waiting queue outside for 30 minutes which wouldn’t be a deal if food was good. When we got seated n ordered we were told that there was no lamb biryani which was basically what we wanted to try. The menu was extensive but most of the things weren’t available specially the starters . Not even chips. So nothing for kids. why print a whole menu and give it to people and then tell them this is not available that is not available . Or just tell them only biryani and drinks are available in the beginning itself . We ordered chicken biryani instead. Then we overheard a restaurant person saying that lamb biryani would be ready in 30 mins so we asked him and he said well if u wanna wait u can but it would take 40 min. So we replaced our order back to 1 lamb and 1 chicken biryani. Anyway to our surprise both the biryanis were served within 15 mins so we were happy. Major mood went off because the lamb biryani was not hot at all even though steam was coming out but when mixed it wasn’t hot not even warm. If it was being made then how come it wasn’t hot? No one was responding to our calls or even doing eye contact so that we could tell them it’s not warm.. Taste was also not up to the mark as it should be for a dum biryani and lamb pieces were not the perfect cut plus some were tender and some not. salt n Masala was less. Chicken biryani was hot and tasted better and flavourful than lamb one. however we were shocked to see that it had 2 meagre chicken pieces which were the ones with v little meat.. I don’t even put those in biryani if I make for dawat. who puts these pieces in biryani? Anyway, the other turn off was that service was v slow.. the waiters/waitresses had to be called again n again for things which they were forgetting and they didn’t even come to ask how our experience was or food was or if we needed anything else. The only Good thing was that it was half price off in dine in on biryanis otherwise it would be a pain in the chest to pay so much for this quality and quantity of Biryani. Don’t think we would be trying again. If this is what they’re doing in the first week and that also on the major dish that they specialise in then no hope for future.1 point for lamb biryani n 2 for chicken.

A wonderful restaurant we stumbled across for my parents anniversary dinner. Staff wereattentive, food was delivered quickly. Interior was new and minimalist, much to my taste. Food was delicious! Favourite was the chicken 65

Food was nice. The chicken lollipops were hot and sweet at the same time but I think that the fresh ginger didn't go with it. Mango lassi was spot on. Sauces were a bit bland for my liking. The chicken dum biryani was nice and the staff were attentive. Overall a nice dining experience

Went to this place on the first Friday night of the opening week. The place was very busy but my husband and I managed to get a table. We tried a lamb and a chicken biryani the day before as a take away for lunch, they were both incredibly disappointing. We paid full price for both (£21), there are far better biryanis in other local restaurants at a fraction of the cost. The lamb biryani was full of bones and the chicken biryani had two miserly pieces of on the bone chicken. Quite possibly the worst biryani I’ve ever had from a restaurant.Considering this is a biryani house I was left rather underwhelmed. However, as the establishment is new we decided to dine in and try other items from the menu.We were pleasantly surprised by the starters and the curries that we tried. The chicken Manchurian and chatpata wings were very nice. The chicken and lamb curry were also flavourful. The Haleem however, had very little meat in it.Not sure if it is a place I’d recommend or visit again but considering biryani is their specialty dish I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I recently dined at this restaurant and it was a delightful experience that brought the love and warmth of Hyderabad right here to the UK. The unique dishes, such as bagara rice with bagara baigan, chicken curry, and chicken 65, and filled my taste buds with joy, offering a taste of home for international folks like me. The flavors were beyond words, especially the exquisite bagara baigan. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant's seating area was clean and hygienic. Wishing them all the best!

Firstly if you're in Bury Park and you want a Biriani or curry, keep walking and you'll find loads of shops which are cheaper, and MUCH better than this place. So firstly for the price of the bironi, it's too much. Especially for the small amount you get. Then the drinks are certainly overpriced as they are literally selling water bottles that are from LIDL, which come in a pack of like 36. Guess what?! They're selling them for 99p each!! Absolutely disgraceful. The Fanta wasn't even in a can. They literally have a big 2.5L bottle and pour you a glass and have the ordacity to charge you £2.50.Then there's the presentation, which is mediocre... if that! They didn't even bother cleaning the sides of the sauces which were given to us.Don't go there if you want to tales pics of your food. This isn't an Instagram spot....And lastly the food is bland. They didn't have what we wanted on the menu, and gave us an alternative, which was tasteless and had seeds and bay leaves still in it. Yuck!Overall, this isn't the place you would want to go to if you want a good biriani. Bury Park has so many Indian takeouts and dine ins. Just keep walking past this place.Thank me later!

Very average food, the meat curry was way too undercooked so very hard to chew and rice was warm enough but it’s acceptable. Customer service can be better, too eager so it comes across as intrusive and more staff than required it seemed.Place is clean and they accept cards.Unfortunately, there’s a better biryani place just around the corner so won’t be my first choice.

I was really looking forward to this place... biryani isn't a rocket science dish...it took about 45mins before they bought our dish...They had 5/6 staff working at the back...they really went to India and brought all the flavouring together.....well done guys for your prompt 45mins for one , sorry I'll be fair for give 4 small pieces of chicken in the biryani. They gave us Irani chai...it's nothing like Irani chai...it's another karak chai but overload of condensed milk! Chicken chatpata was very poorly made with extra tandoori sauce and chilies...was a joke!Only reason for 2 stars is cos the waiter himself was very nice and polite. Felt bad for him...the 2 guys behind the counter wearing the 1930's suits must have been owners....but no apology or even remotely looking they were sorry. If you want a great and a fabulous disappointing time, then this is the place to waste your money!
