DentalBees Dental Practice

Since joining the practice as a patient. My son and I have been welcomed and our teeth have been well taken care off as well as any questions or concerns we had. The DentalBees team always have a smile on their face which is very welcoming.

Not a good experience as a first time private patient. I was spoiled by my previous NHS dentist. The perfect dentist. Hie was fluent in English but not his first language, was friendly, welcoming and most of all gentle, put you at ease and was a perfectionist.I chose Dental Bees for convenience. The dentist came across as quite abrup, English not the best. I had my head twisted in all directions as the chair didn't recline. Dentist stood on her tiptoes to reach, so not safe. Couldn't get the equipment to work. Denral nurse seemed to know more. Then was told I was one of the lucky ones getting a acale and polish as they didn't have enough polish as the order didn't come in. 3 teeth got polished then asked if that felt ok? Equipment stopped working. again.. A faulty attachment got my scale and polish completed once attachment changed and I complained as treatment not completed.Asked to rinse my mouth with a quarter cup of water. Had to ask for more. I thought the experience and service would have been better now I'm paying £17 per month. I miss Gardenhill dental practice. All the staff were amazing. The dental nurse at Dental Bees was nice and the place was clean. Anxious about going back and have never had a fear of the dentist before, wary now

Nida cleaned and polished my teeth so well. I don't think any other dentist has done a better job. Thank you Nida.
