Ryanair

Kind of ok-ish airline if you are not bothered about comfort or customer service. It's a cheap way to travel if all goes well. Seats are tiny and planes generally a bit grubby. Good safety record though so you will most likely arrive at your destination. Its basically the bus service of the skies. I personally would not choose them for anything other than short euro flights

Booked the flight last minute and drove up from London to make it. An email came through (530am) whilst driving that I had to check-in online 2 hours before the flight. Clearly couldn’t read the email whilst driving! Tried to check-in but was told I had to pay €55 per person as I hadn’t checked-in online. How?! Asked to speak to the supervisor ‘Margaret’ but she didn’t care. Rude and dismissive with no compassion / understanding in the slightest. . My fault apparently!First and last time that I will fly with Ryanair. Margaret - you need to go on a customer service course and learn how to treat people fairly as you’re an embarrassment to your staff, airline and airport !

The most unremarkable airline in the world. Pushing the boundaries of unacceptable customer service to the maximum. At what point does government legislation get involved and protect the consumer. Sadly there are instances where you can’t pick the airline. Where ever possible, I will not fly Ryan air.

Hard landings charging for over weight bags trying to get more money by giving them extra bags and trying to see which way they can give them a fare nevertheless,son some airports they hove got it written down on paper instead of a screen.

Targeting people to pay for small backpacks. Ryanair at its classic.

It’s a budget airline so I don’t mind things like smaller seats, less luxuries etc. However the online check-in is an absolute scam. Tried checking in for my flight the night before. Entered all my details, selected my seat and everything but when I turned up at the airport, apparently the check-in had not been completed. I then had to pay an extra £55 just to check in. Not cool. Sadly I know I’m not the only person this has happened to. I’m pretty sure the online checkin is designed to be intentionally misleading in order to make an extra buck. It’s pretty underhanded if tbh. I’ve literally never had this experience with another airline, budget or otherwise.

Whatever you do, avoid this airline... canceled flights without compensation, non existing customer service, and they just lie in your face... waving change fees? simple when you just charge higher rates compared to new bookings... scamming customers seems the default policy, i don't understand this type of company can still exist in the 20th century

My parents took a flight to Corfu. They are a little bit bigger. The normal belt were didn't enough. The crew didn't have a extension for the belt. My parents flew without belt to corfu. That were so dangerous. What happen in emergency? Also the crew did jokes about the weight of my parents. This company is the worst thing ever. Never ever again!!!!

The online check-in is such a scam and not user friendly! It took me ages to select dates of birth and of passport expiration. After completing all the detail was told I had to pay to select seats! On top of that logging every time is a nuisance!
