Although appointment did not take place at appointed time. Cem Alci, manager, explained reason he was not there at appointed time. We got together later the same day and he apologised profusely fir not being available and being a former contractor for BCA, I know how unreliable software and hardware can be. Cem did an excellent job and bought my car at a price that was more than fair. We sealed the deal and we were both happy with outcome. Cem is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Rip off. Dont do it. After doing online valuation, being truthful re damage, service history etc. Still knowing the valuation is lower than car is worth.we went along on appt, they complete details and offer less than 50% from their valuation. Really weak explanation ,after arguing managed to up the price ! But still alot less then their online valuation. Dont waste your time. As a comparison just sold this car via car wow for £2440! no transaction fees and quick and easy!!. BIG difference
