Howard BMW/MINI Specialist

Great service.Got into our 2015 X5 to go on holiday, only to find the rear suspension had collapsed, nightmare! Rang Andrew and Sasha at Howard BMW and amazingly they said they could fix it straightaway. An hour and a half later we were on our way to Wales with a pair of new air springs fitted. You can’t do better than that!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I've used them for a few years now and find them extremely helpful, friendly, communicative and highly professional. I can feel the difference in my car after they've worked on it and feel they offer a very good value service and always try to save the customer money. Look forward to seeing you again next year.

Had an issue with the service history record on my mini following a service at Howard BMW. It took several months for the team to sort it with BMW but they persevered and the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

Forget BMW Main Stealers, I wouldn't trust my car to anyone but Andy, Sacha and the team.They take real pride in their work and go the extra mile to make sure the job isn't just adequate but perfect.Friendly, professional and a special mention must go to their detective skills too, finding solutions to odd problems that elude many others.

I used Howard BMW for my latest service on my ultra low miles BMW Z4. A main dealer was adamant I needed to replace spark plugs and other items that had covered negligible miles since the last service in contradiction of condition based servicing. Andy just checked everything and only did an oil and brake fluid change which is all the car needed so we did not replace parts that were virtually new in view of my mileage of 1,200 in two years.I also had to chase the main dealer (out of county so not our local one) to record a service they did on sale 2 years ago which I was told would appear on the digital service record. They ignored my complaint as the service was not on the service record. I was promised my issue would be responded to but was ignored on 4 separate occasions. In the end I had to complain to BMW (twice because my first complaint was ignored) before my service record was updated. Treated with contempt by a BMW main dealer - not our local one - and by BMW who just ignored me.Andy at Howard BMW is in a different league when it comes to customer care and nothing is too much trouble.

Had an engine problem whilst down in Cornwall and my Mini went into restricted power mode. Howards booked me in the next day and with the diagnostics and having the part in stock, the fault was fixed in a few minutes. Brilliant, friendly service.Many thanks.

I took my 1 series to Howard’s as I had the same fault happening over and over again, I left my previous garage to have the car looked at by Andy and I will now use only this garage! Andy and Sacha were honestly amazing! Extremely quick, very professional and honestly worth the money! Couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks guys

Very pleased with their service. Took my 1 series here for an mot and oil change and it was a fantastic price. They are really honest people and don’t rip you off. (I’m a female). They are very knowledgeable and know BMW’s inside out so I don’t know why anyone would go a main dealer over these guys. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a waiting room upstairs if needed. Thanks
