This was Huxley’s first puppy groom and Tracy was brilliant. He apparently enjoyed his pamper very much to the point of falling asleep while having his ears dried. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Starz Dog Grooming.

Tracy came over to my house to microchip my litter of 10 puppies, beforehand she gave me so much information that was super helpful, when she got to mine she was organised, tidy and and a natural calming influence on all the dogs. The puppies didn't create at all i think its down to her knowledge, and it all went smoothly. Thank you Tracy.

You often hear horror stories online about dog grooming but Starz was far from it.Tracy was ever so gentle and lovely with my 4 month old puppy with his first time at a groomers.He's a bit nervous around water but Tracy put him at ease and he eventually looked very relaxed and happy. He enjoyed the special treats as well (very lucky boy!).Looking forward to the next session!

Tracy is impeccably professional and caring too, so she looked after my particularly anxious dog during his bath. The salon is immaculate and well-equipped and also conveniently located in Wylands farm, so you can wait in the cafe or farm shop till your dog is all clean and shiny again!

Tracey gave my female terrier a beautiful haircut, I liked the one on one experience, the layout of the parlour was so clean and organised. As my terrier can be quite nervous with other dogs, she was so calm and happy on picking her up, a great experience and very professional... Highly recommended.

Quite disappointed with my experience. Took my spaniel along and was told afterwards she found him too difficult to work with and was charged extra. No apparent willingness to work with us and introduce him slowly to things just a plain no even though he’s shown no sign of aggression. The cut is nice but unfortunately found her quite rude and am very upset with the experience.

I would thoroughly recommend Starz Dog grooming.Tracy started grooming my elderly dog after we were unable to get him an appointment with our regular groomer. I stayed with her after that because she was so patient and considerate with him.I had no reservations about taking our new dog to her after losing our old dog.She is brilliant with our new one and he trusts her implicitly.She’s kind, gentle and confident and our dog always looks very smart and smells lovely when he leaves her.
