Absolutely brilliant service I dealt with hollie on the reception who was absolutely fantastic and very helpful and was passed over to the quality assurance worker Kyle who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met absolutely brilliant place to deal with 10 out of 10

Had my car in 3 times now for a small accident repair and every time I get it back theres another scratch that wasn't there before. They agree to fix it if I bring it back but its just inconvenient and disappointing.

Really satisfied with the service from these guys. Top class repair carried out.I was impressed with the repair handler Hollie. She was keeping me up to date regular. Always very helpful, friendly and her updatestook the stress out the situation.Very impressed and thanks to all involved. Ps Valet is excellent and it’s included with the repair!

The body work undertaken to remove bumps and scratches was processed quickly and with communication at all stages. Provided with courtesy car and dropped off and picked up at chosen location. They even posted back the item i left in car, great service.

Absolutely fantastic service from the whole team at GRM. Very friendly, helpful staff! Kept me informed with the progress of my car from start to finish. What an amazing job they did - excellent workmanship. I was very impressed with the additional valet service provided - great bonus that I wasn't expecting!

I have never been involved in a car accident before. So when it happened I didn’t have a clue what to do next. My car wasn’t drivable and was stuck on the side of a busy road. I telephoned GRM Bodycraft Dundeee who took care of everything from recovering my car to arranging a like for like courtesy car. The office kept in touch all through my repairs. My car was complete within the timescale and was repaired to the highest standard. It looks fantastic. I can’t thank GRM Bodycraft enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
