Mikey Hall Yoga
Mikey is an absolutely brilliant yoga instructor. I have been to a lot of instructors before finding Mikey and as soon as I did one of his classes, I realised he was someone quite special. There is a lovely atmosphere to his classes. Everyone who attends gets his personal attention to achieve the best they can in the often quite difficult asanas. We are encouraged to work hard but there is never competition just great support from everyone. This comes from Mikey's very caring personality. His classes are always varied and never boring. I always leave them feeling brilliant.

Mikey Hall Yoga
Mikey is by far the best yoga instructor I have come across. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and strict at the same time. The classes are held in a comfortable studio a minute away from Marylebone station and Mikey's infectious personality brings together a really nice crowd of friendly yogis, which makes the yoga sessions like a family get together along with intense yoga training. Couldn't recommend it more.

Mikey lead a wonderful practice which I was fortunate enough to attend while vacationing in London in July. He brings a vast knowledge of yoga to his students and he will help each student develop a strong practice if you let him. Come with a open heart and you will advance your practice with Mikey. Mikey Hall Yoga
I have been going to Mikey’s classes now for over three years and have always had a fantastic workout. Mikey really knows how to develop and encourage each person, with him constantly pacing around, demonstrating poses and then correcting the poses of individuals. The classes are always different and both challenging but enlightening and Mikey has to be one of the warmest and friendliest yoga instructors around. I highly recommend both his group and individual classes. I always leave feeling invigorated but calm at the same time and with a big smile.

Mikey is hands down the best yoga teacher I have ever been to.He really knows his stuff and his classes can be difficult and challenging but also fun and not too formal.I love to attend the Tuesday morning classes for beginners , it leaves me feeling completely renewed and energised for the week ahead!Thank you Mikey!
