Absolutely wonderful weekend in Leysdown with the family. We visited this arcade a new of times the staff were very helpful . One staff member named Wes went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning!

Awful customer service and from what I have experienced the place is a scam. I won prizes from machines which require you to call over an attendant so they can open the machine to retrieve your prize once your prize has fallen. Upon winning i prize I did this and was met with an extremely rude 2 employees. These employees were laughing at me and trying to say that I hadn’t won the prize and that I must be dreaming. And tried to say that “this prize was won earlier so you can’t have won it and that it’s from this morning”… even though I won the prize by knocking it down from its shelf which is what is required as stated in bold writing on the machine… the staff bullied me to the point I had to leave so that they didn’t have to give me the prize. Disgusting behaviour avoid at all costs. Much better arcades on the island to spend your money.

Good arcade with your new email types of arcade games however like the other arcades on the promenade it doesn't open and shut at the stated times. I think they just open up when they feel like it. Each day is different

Again, not great prizes in the 2p machines and on a few machines the coins were getting stuck when putting them in.Also we won almost 200 tickets in games. On taking them to the ticket exchange shop it was 50 tickets for a lolly pop which would usually cost 10p to buy in a newsagents! Remember that when your playing a game for £1 and it gives you 20 tickets!!

Loads of fun, great for families

Love this place. The staff are always friendly and helpful, you always come away with prizes from the 2p machines, which are great fun for children and adults alike. The prizes at the desk where you spend any tokens won vary a lot, sometimes there are really good prizes, sometimes the good prizes seem way out of reach for tokens, and sometimes the prizes aren’t great. Overall though it’s a prize nonetheless and it’s all for fun. You can create great memories to last a lifetime in these places and we certainly have done that.Thank you Playtime Amusements for helping make our days out perfect! ♥️

DO NOT PLAY IN THIS AWFUL ARCADE.Went in there today put £10 in DC pusher where you win the cards I had a lot on the edge ready to fall but the machine Errors I called a member of Staff over he said there is to many cards on the bed he put most of them back in the card dispenser so I had a row with him about it.He should not be doing that other Arcades don't do that they just fix the error he has no rights to put the cards back when a customer is putting money in trying to win them.Also the prize redemption prizes are awful and way overpriced 4000 tickets for Old Toy story 4 teds please spend your money elsewhere.

Couldnt use my card to redeem my tickets at the shop in there as there wasnt a manger or supervisor which im sure there must be on every shift

Had fun here with the kids... 2p machines & air hockey are amusing!My only criticism is the lack of staffing, only one young lad on duty in the evening & some teenagers giving him major grief... so actual customers were largely unattended..

We've been regular visitors and high spenders at Cain's Amusements in Leysdown for the past 7 years. Recently it's gone downhill, almost as if it's being deliberately run into the ground.Where do I even begin? Change machines that only give 94p in 2p coins for every £1 coin paid in. A community jackpot on the Marvel Avengers 2p pusher game that never rises and never pays out. Ticket eater machines that don't count all your tickets. Very difficult to get hold of any staff when prizes get stuck in the chutes. No staff working on the prize shop.Sorry but enough is enough, we've had great times here in the past but won't be giving our custom to this place any more.
