As usual I find the service highly professional. Always given time to do treatment, no rush and all stages explained. Results as promised. And the reception staff superb. Highly recommend.

I think this institution is for ours" since we do not belong to the number of "ours" we are constantly discriminated against for six months already

I have been at this practice for many years, great dental staff with the exception of the reception staff. They are the most unprofessional of any reception staff I have encountered before. No empathy, no compassion and argumentative. After speaking with the only receptionist they have, I could not believe the attitude I received, an atrocious manner which left me extremely upset following my visit for an emergency appointment. I really believe the practice would benefit greatly by recording calls and providing constructive criticism on call quality. This is a major downfall with this practice Please work towards changing this and have more above the line language used by your reception staff in future and to not speak to people like dirt. Also the number provided on Google does not work for some reason.

All of the staff were friendly as well as quick in their service, overall experience was above satisfactory. Also would highly recommend if not visited yet.

The staff are really friendly and the dentistry is of really good quality. This is without a doubt the best NHS dentist I've ever been to. And they are taking on new NHS patients at the moment.
