Ordered via Uber eats, first the order turned up with a item missing, I rang the shop and they delivered the strawberry sundae that was short.That turned up in a open container, no bag, no covering and open to the elements. The Uber driver didn’t have a mask on so was breathing over the open sundae, disgusting & unhygienic, I threw it straight in the bin.In a time of covid I don’t know how this shop think that it’s acceptable to send out a delivery this way.Last time I’ll order from this shop and I’ve also deleted the Uber app.

Bought an american dream milkshake, kinder cheesecake and a Ferrero Roche waffle I have to day the cheesecake was abit sickly but the milkshake and waffle was beautiful ... delivery was on time and they used real raspberries to make their raspberry ripple icecream

Absolutely disgusting, soggy cheesecake base, topping tastes off!! Waffle is not cooked properly, barely any Nutella but swimming in oreo! Poor service and food. Customer service, Idris said just do a uber eats complaint and get your money back

Everytime we have ordered from this place the doughnuts are disgusting phoned them to make them fresh as I said to them everytime we have ordered the food has been stale, cold and not even eatable surprise surprise what was we graced with stale greasy cold doughnuts.. very disappointed once again

I reguarly order an american dream milkshake and my partner oders a strawberry gelato milkshake, theyre usually unbelievbly amazing but the one we got about 3 days ago tasted as tho they used brown bananas, far too sweet. Really put me off although i will try again amd hope it was a one off

Ordered a cooki dough ate a quarter went to eat another bit and there was a grey hair in the middle of the dough rang them back and he said he can bring me £2.50 back it’s disgusting will never be ordering again if you ate out and found something like that you would have a full refund on your meal do not see why it would be any different absolutely disgraceful
