St Mary's is a personal favourite. Small rural church with plain interior.

St Mary’s Church
Deconsecrated church in rural Herts, parts of which go back 1k years. Small but has good location, nice views over the fields and some interesting gravestones. Worth a look if you're out and about, interior not accessible at present due to renovation work
