As a stereotypical ‘Type A’ bride, and a groom whose contribution was the proposal - we knew from the offset we needed Hannah in our lives! We both had high hopes for our wedding and like other couples had spent countless hours and countless pounds on perfecting our day; however, without our Fairy Wed Mother all our hopes and dreams wouldn’t have came to fruition. The sheer amount of hours Hannah dedicated to our wedding weekend was astounding. She knew exactly our vision and set out to achieve it on our behalf. Booking Hannah was, without doubt, the best money we spent on our wedding. I first saw her in action at a friend’s wedding and knew then and there I had to have her for mine. Unfortunately, she was already booked for my date but, as luck would have it, she then became available a few months later! I had looked for other co-ordinators, and even had a meeting with one, but none of them matched up to what Hannah offered. We booked her on the day co-ordination package which was worth every single penny. It’s hard to actually summarise what she does because the list is endless and nothing is too much trouble. When we had a last minute issue arise with our guest transport, Hannah got straight on the case to help us resolve it (and her husband even got involved to help!) Ahead of the wedding, she prepared our catering and table plans and a document setting out all the details for the day, which she then provided to the venue to make sure nothing was missed. She also provided so many tips for making sure the day ran as smoothly as possible. On the day, she liaised with all our suppliers to ensure they were where they needed to be and doing what they need to do. Our photographer was initially a bit hesitant to have Hannah involved with the photos but, after only a short time, commented that she wished Hannah could be with her at every wedding! Hannah is an absolute must have for your wedding. I cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she the Queen of organisation, she’s also a genuinely lovely person who is so easy to get on with and quickly becomes part of your family and friends. You will not regret booking Mrs T!

Just what we needed and everything more! One consultation with Mrs T and you will learn that she really is magic. Her experience is extensive and we are a huge fan of her documentation and organisation. What was supposed to be a consultation for reassurance quickly turned into us asking Mrs T if she was available to be our wedding coordinator for our big day. Well what can I say! Hannah was our hero on the run up and on our wedding day. I genuinely believe we couldn’t have done it without her.After planning our day in a venue that doesn’t normally host weddings I started to wonder if all the details that I wanted would fall onto my shoulders on the day, that’s when I knew I needed the Wedding Taylor to coordinate our day.From our enquiry right through until the end of our wedding day Hannah lifted the stress away from my husband to be and I. The consultations we had on the run up to the day were amazing, talking over every tiny detail and knowing that someone could understand my vision was brilliant. I was never afraid to mention something as Hannah always had a solution to my worries.On the day, firstly Hannah put in a 17hour shift!! What a hero. She worked tirelessly and with a huge smile to make all our dreams come true. She did everything from setting up tables to steaming bridesmaid dresses, she welcomed and organised suppliers and then packed everything up and delivered it back to our house!If you are hesitant about booking the Wedding Taylor, my advise would be to go for it, we would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! She 100% made our special day even more special and relaxed and we honestly had the best day of our lives. We can’t Thank you enough Hannah!! Xxxx

The most useful hour we’ve done wedding related! The experience oozes from Hannah, you can tell she’s passionate, knowledgeable and HIGHLY organised. She gave us the experience of a wedding planner without the huge price tag. We’ve done an hour so far, and we’re going to book an hour after we’ve progressed a bit further and completed the tasks she’s set us. If you’re feeling anxious or think you’ve forgotten something, her tools will help you establish this. If you’re a Maid of Honour or bridesmaid looking for a gift for a friend to take the pressure of you, this is the perfect one. We can’t wait for our next session with Hannah!

Where do I start?! Hannah knows weddings like no one else. She lives and breathes weddings, ours was a particular challenging wedding, given it was a marquee and tipi with near 20 suppliers - there was a lot going on! But Hannah was so organised throughout the whole process and her coordination on the day made our day absolutely perfect. We had multiple 3+ hour meetings with Hannah in the run up to our wedding to go over the fine details which as a bride and groom you would never even think about. She really thinks of everything and will always find something you hadn't considered. The wedding document she provided us with literally became our bible and was so useful in the planning as well as set up and take down of the marquee & tipi.We had some issues with suppliers but Hannah was always on hand to ensure it went as smoothly as humanly possible and that we weren't phased at all on the day, some things she handled that we weren't aware of at all. Hannah stayed until after 2am clearing up after our wedding, organising the decor into boxes so tear down the next day would be easy. She also came back the next day to ensure packing up was going smoothly and to help out. When people say she goes above and beyond, that doesn't even cover it. I don't know how weddings happen without Hannah and every guest at our wedding said the same thing.Hannah really becomes part of the wedding party, she cries with you, holds your hand, I'm pretty sure she'd hold your dress while you go for a wee too! I cannot thank Hannah enough for her role in making my wedding so amazing.I started out as a Wine and Whine follower and saw the weddings Hannah was coordinating. I knew that booking her was the best investment I could make for my wedding and I wasn’t wrong.Hannah covered everything, from the most detailed spreadsheets (and did the additional ones my venue wanted) to a visit to our venue where my now husband got to learn all about his wedding day, to being there every second of the wedding weekend.Easily the best wedding money I spent, Hannah is a total pro and if there’s anything she doesn’t know about weddings it’s probably not worth knowing.The day before the wedding when we were packing up to travel to the venue it became obvious we couldn’t fit everything in the car, so Hannah picked me and one of the bridesmaids up from my house. Quite literally I wouldn’t have made it there without her!From the evening before to the morning of, Hannah was there dealing with every issue so I could relax and enjoy the experience. She even woke me up on time for hair and makeup the morning of! The morning after the wedding Hannah was handing out all of my guests lost property and packing up our car to get us home. There is literally nothing this lady cannot do and she has an incredible talent for anticipating your needs before you know what they are. I don’t think she sleeps at all!Hannah also brought my pic n mix grazing table vision to life the day of the wedding and did a spectacular job. It was one of my favourite features of the wedding and I still don’t know how she achieved what she did with the tools I gave her!For anyone who thinks they’re too organised to need a coordinator, I would say Hannah is so so much more than that. My venue provided a coordinator, the help I got from Hannah was above and beyond anything I could have dreamed of. One of my bridesmaids who is getting married next year was so impressed, she booked Hannah there and then to help with her own wedding - that speaks for itself!Thank you so much for everything you did to give me a perfect day Hannah. I’m sorry I almost got you sued for a photo!!

I can't speak high enough of Hannah. Not only does she give amazing FREE advice on her Insta and blog, she also provides private services from as little as a one hour consultation to full on wedding planning.I had an hours consultation with Hannah to go over my final checklist 2 weeks before my wedding. We met on zoom and went through every detail and more.Hannah made me feel confident I had everything covered. Also givinf me tips I would never have thought of. Ho lnestly, I wish I had done it sooner. All I can say is: oh my goodness! Hannah is amazing. I found our session so incredibly helpful, she easily helped me reign in my plans and put them in a structure and order I feel I can tackle and tick off. So organised, so friendly and kind, and just so brilliant at reviewing what you've done already with your plans and where you need to go. Before my session with Hannah I was feeling very lost; I knew what I had done and not done but I didn't have the nitty gritty details ironed out or even considered, and Hannah highlighted all of these for me. If you're thinking of booking with Hannah but haven't booked yet: DO IT. Future you will be so grateful you did. I also want to say how fab her service offering is - especially as I am a lover of being organised and think of myself as a great planner, I just needed a helping hand. Being able to have 1 off sessions with such an experienced wedding planner is just pure gold. I will definitely be booking in a few more sessions with Hannah to help me along mywedding planning journey!

We booked Hannah as an on the day coordinator but she was and is so much more than that! If I’m honest I was hesitant as to what she could offer and if we needed her as everything would just run smoothly anyway and we’re quite organised, let me just say I am SO glad we didn’t wait to find out. There is a reason she is an award winning wedding planner/coordinator/consultant! Hannah arrived at the venue the night before and went through all the plans with me, my husband and the bridal party. She helped set up the marquee, liaised with all suppliers, did things that needed doing, did things we didn’t know needed doing! I would recommend Mrs T to absolutely everybody!
