So if these guys mess up your order, all they are interested in is bringing the missing items! I ordered chicken shish with sauce and salad. All I got was chicken and bread, which will be cold by the time the rest gets here. Will they redo the whole thing like any other decent restaurant? Not a chance! £13 for this? Really?BEWARE, people!!

Avoid!!!!Really not worth twenty pounds when you can get a beautiful proper fish and chips from other take aways. And the burger was literrly two burgers on a bap. No lettuce or tomato absolutely nothing, cold soggy chips Come on guys? Put some effort into this? Very very disappointed.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered, the food arrived stone cold (mixed doner kebab , chips and cheeseburger) riang and complained , was told they would sort something for me next time , would never in a million years go back there ever. Tried to ring again to get refund and told no because theyd already said they would sort next order for me , steer clear everyone

£3.80 for a chicken strips (plural!) wrap and I get one strip of chicken cut in half to make the strips. No option to add salad when ordering. Regular customer now seeking food elsewhere. Food arrived in ripped paper as though it had got soaked and food lukewarm at best. I do not recommend

Disgusting customer services! food wasnt what was ordered, called to get it corrected and they promised to return call within a couple of minutes, but never called back & refused to answer the phone after! Fuming! , i do not recommend this kebab ive never experienced such rudeness and i use to order very frequently from here but NEVER again , barnham kebab is the one

Still the best place, after 22 years! It was the only halal kebab place when I was studying there and when I returned back to visit recently, the food quality is still the same. So happy to see such a good place maintains its quality.

Absolutely appaling service. Ordered through Just Eat! We ordered just after 5 p.m and it said it would be delivered between 6:10 p.m and 6:30 p.m. At about 6:30, our food still hadn't arrived. We gave it another 10 minutes, as we tried calling the restaurant and the line was busy every time. Then we asked for an update about our food through just eat. Finally the restaurant says it will arrive by 7:10 p.m and the driver is on the way. Just eat sends a message saying that we can request money back, and this won't cancel our order. So we did that. About 2 minutes later we get a refund and a message saying our order has been cancelled. I finally get through to the restaurant and they said that just eat told them that we asked for our order to be cancelled. Then I said no, just eat said if we request money back, our order wouldn't be cancelled. Then he says that he cancelled the order and why should we get our food if we want a refund. After 2 hours of waiting, we never got our food in the end and had to reorder from somewhere else. Avoid at all costs!

Food was cold and terrible. Donner mix tasted horrible as if it wasn't cooked fresh but reheated on a microwave. I don’t think it came off a fresh donner grill. i used to love this place but I think it’s not the same management. I’m taking time to leave this review as I feel sick and nauseous. Waste of money!
