I have had the WORST experience here! The vibes and decor are lovely but the service and staff are so rude, arrogant and slow. It took us over half an hour for our waitress to come over and take our drinks order (despite asking 3 times for our order to be taken). She was moody and rude and did not make us feel welcome atall. Then once our drinks arrived my friends drink did not came as it had not been put through by the waitress. We asked about this drink twice before something was done about it. When asking the host at the door for our bill, our waitress denied taking our order and left him to struggle to find what we had. When the bill finally arrived we had been charged for 2 extra drinks which we did not order. We asked our waitress to pay and she said yes then wondered off and continued to clear tables and do everything else under the sun but take our payment. I do not recommend this disaster of a business to anybody.

I loved the décor which is perfect for anyone who loves a bit of pink! Food was delicious - I enjoyed the lamb flatbread and halloumi. The cocktails and cocktail flavoured shots were amazing. Fantastic service, seemed on the ball with covid safe precautions. Definitely will return!

My first time here was in the summer of 2022, I did a night out with my friends from Leeds for my birthday, and they all loved it. We made new friends as well. Everyone was super nice, the door staff and waiters. The music was lively and diverse. The place was closed after summer, and I am happy they are open and better. It's now fitted with heating to keep you warm during the cold season. A must visit if in Manchester. Did I forget to mention the cocktails? You should see for yourself!

Insta Vs reality. Insta: pink, barbie princess, Instagram, selfie heaven. Reality: cheap furniture, limited menu, cocktails that don’t live up to the Instagram expectations.Genuinely though... The food was very tasty & came out super quick. All staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. Drinks were tasty enough, however for the price I’d of expected better.With all the photo spots it’s like a playground for adults (love it)! Would visit again.

Food was lovely, loads of drink options, service was quick. Only negative was that we were only given an hour and a half on the table so had to rush to leave even though we still had food and drinks leftFully covered and heated

There are so many thing wrong with this place, I feel the need to stat with the one positive, the staff were polite and nice.Now that is over with.... We were greeted by a member of staff who said sit where you like and order from the website, this sounds like a simple set of instructions but there was no direction to the website on the tables and really no one to ask, of course we googled it (but really this should be easier). The website was really bad on a phone, limited navigation and in fact you needed to order at the bar.This leads onto other issues, there are not enough staff on the ordering table, at the bar or in fact in the facilities at all. Also they had sold out of almost the entire menu, I really would suggest preparing for events that are coming to the city (we were here during pride). Upon ordering what they did have in my case a small plate of Calamari, it was very over cooked the waiting staff clearly did not know the table numbers in the place despite there being a table map next to the place you do the ordering. My friend ordered a disappointing burger, but the fries were nice apparently.I feel one star is generous for this place and I will not be back. If you are going to send people to a website maybe it would make sense to get with the times and allow people to order from it. Failing that why not just print the menus. Being from the world I am I would seriously suggest getting a website developer who knows something about building a decent website (this means spending more than 50quid).

I’ve eaten and dj here so I’d say the music is amazing lol. The venue is highly Insta worthy a feel good fun vibe for all. The drinks menus is extensive and delightful. The food I’ve only eaten a few things from the menus but was always happy with my selection and the staff are fabulous

Nice place, good that it's outdoor and can provide for larger covid times groups. Staff were good, drinks were flowing, clientele were questionable but it was the first weekend of freedom for most.
