Well contacted these people today for advice on setting up a trust will. No problem there, basic cost explained and it might be more as each trust will is different. Seems reasonable. Also asked for family remedial services, which they clearly advertise and are experts in. However unless we were referred to them by another firm of solicitors (more money! ), then they wouldn't take us on. Misrepresentation and misadvertising, will look elsewhere for trust will and mediation. Our money obviously isn't good enough. Also on your website make it clear that you only take referrals from other solicitors!

I contacted David Gray Solicitors due to receiving a letter to attend court following a Speeding Conviction. I was greeted with complete professionalism and had an appointment arranged to meet with a solicitor within 48 hours of my initial call. Sophie the solicitor who dealt with my case was extremely knowledgeable about the case and made me feel at ease when discussing the outcomes. I felt confident attending my court hearing with Sophie representing me and I felt re-assured that it was being dealt with in the best possible way. Sophie arrived early to my court hearing and met me with prior which helped to calm my nerves. I have never been in trouble before so having that reassurance and the knowledge from Sophie was so important to me.
