Such a lovely chilled place , I saw Chloe and she talked me through everything was really friendly and helpful. Chloe then checked up a few days later on how the treatment I had was going ,what’s really nice as it’s nice to know they care post treatment. I had a really lovely facial today at Norwich Face and Body Clinic. I was completely guided through the process from patch test to completed facial and the treatment was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend the treatments. The team are helpful and lovely too.

Oh my goodness, yet another incredible treatment from the ladies at Norwich Face and Body Clinic.I have super sensitive skin and so was really aprehensive about dermaplanning, but I wanted to give it a go ahead of my wedding.The facial itself is so relaxing and my skin hasn't looked this good in ages! The ladies here always utterly meticulous at what they do, making sure they get every area and take their time (unlike other clinics where I've felt rushed). I've woken this morning with such soft and smooth skin, I can't believe the results!I cannot recommend this place enough. So glad we have such a high-end clinic here in Norwich.

Nurse Rebecca is the latest and greatest addition to The Norwich Face and Body Clinic along side Lovely Lauren, Chloe, Meicha and Dr.Sav. As always I was well taken care of and had a lovely experience and Rebecca ensured that I was well informed of the product being used as well as showing me it was sealed and fresh for my comfort. Step by step she explained the process of the treatment and how it would affect my skin going forward and always making sure I was at ease and comfortable at all times. She eased any discomfort from injections by soothing with breathing excercises and ensuring I was okay to move forward with each phase. As always I am blown away by the professionalism, precision and class this clinic conducts itself with but also with how lovely and kind each employee is. Rebecca is a go to and I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!

I have visited the clinic twice now, first for my initial consultation and more recently for my first treatment of laser hair removal. The clinic itself is wonderful - clean and modern but with so much character too. I was blown away by Lauren and her caring nature. During my initial consultation, Lauren took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions thoroughly. Her knowledge and expertise was clear to see and I knew straight away that I was in good hands.I received another wonderful welcome for my first treatment which was quick and painless and have booked in my next appointment which I am looking forward to already. I have already recommended Lauren and the clinic and will continue to do so.

I sent an email to the clinic to see whether laser treatment was suitable for someone I know who is too shy to ask for themselves.Lauren 'phoned me a few minutes later and even though this person is not currently suitable for treatment, the kindness and concern shown by Lauren was outstanding. She took the time to suggest what would be more beneficial at this stage and I was overwhelmed by the trouble she took. Lauren is clearly one of those rare people who really care and is prepared to go the extra mile to make a difference.As such, if I were a client, I would have every confidence that I would be in the best place. Currently undergoing tattoo removal and I cannot recommend Lauren and her team enough. The treatment itself is working quickly. But the service from the ladies is what has encouraged me with continuing.Lauren is so friendly and reassuring. Amazing find in Norwich for removal of a pesky mole. Excellent service and follow up care. Nurse Rebecca was very helpful, telling me about the procedure in advance and putting me at ease. The establishment is beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at the Norwich Face and Body Clinic. The employee that I had, Merry, was so so friendly and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the procedure in detail. It was such a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout!
