The staff at Storage Mart are friendly,calm, helpful and polite.Storage Mart got flooded when we had all the awful weather in November. Some of my belongings got damaged and I felt they delt with the situation very well.The insurance company is as it is....takes time and not as easy as I thought it would be. For instance a wardrobe was damaged....the four bottom corners had blown and they think its mendable, so I've got to get a quote done which is fair enough.To round things off, I could not fault any of the staff and the way Storage Mart works.Nicola ladd

I’ve been with Storage Mart for 3 years now and am glad I chose them over the other options. It’s always clean and well-lit, the opening hours are great and the staff are very friendly & helpful. I keep downsizing my unit ( onto the third size now…) and the staff are very accommodating and have helped make the process very easy- thank you !

Have been at the unit since February 2020. They have been supportive. the unit area is always clean and easy access. Would definitely recommend this storage unit.

I desperately needed a space to store items not needed immediately for my big move from he Midlands to the South and found StorageMart on the internet. From the start everything was made simple and clear with all of the necessary information required to get items moved in, support and any additional equipment just in case. I found the space plenty big enough, safe, easily accessible and more importantly clean and just the right temperature.Thank you SM for being a big help when I needed it.
