This company has managed our portfolio of properties since July 2017. We were hesitant at first as it was a new company but are delighted we gave them a go. They have been totally professional and always seem to give that little bit extra. Their communication is faultless.I was and am impressed by the fact that they do not charge the tenants an application fee which other agents charge. This has meant that we have far more tenants interested in our properties when we need a tenant and they let much quicker.
