What I love about this garage is that they are open and honest with the customer. Taking time to explain what is needed and why. I guess until you know a mechanic you dont know if they are good/bad. Thumbs up from me - its been a great service for the 4 years I have been going here.

My sister Taken her car for MOT & Service to this garage.After collecting her car she took the car and went out for the day .Then whilst driving she could smell something burning thought it was something outside.So carried on them she could see smoke coming from the engine . Lucky she wasn’t to far from the garage So she drove back to the garage. They said the hose wasn’t put on properly and the clip had snapped.So he ran to the workshop kitchen quickly getting kettles of water.After that he said oh it’s fine now . And sent my sister on her way . Since then the coolant light was coming on so my sister filled it like it said . But kept coming on over next couple of months . She rang Wormell garage and the girl on the phone was quite abrupt and said there’s nothing until end of the month.So because my sister needed her car for work. She’s a care nurse. She agreed to take the slot.She took it back and after they change the coolant bottle and apparently fixed the issue. She thought everything was ok .Today my sister broke down on the motorway with her child . Engine overheating.Wormell making excuses. We are now seeking legal advice. On a side note they also charged me for a new battery . When my old battery was checked there was nothing wrong with it. They totally bodged my sisters car now making excuses.
