Magnificent set up; great practice facilities, a warm welcome from the pro shop and house staff. Good choice of refreshments at a reasonable price. The course was one of the best I've played at this time of the year, particularly as we just missed a huge downpour of rain. Lovely fairways and incredible greens with huge variation in levels on most making good putting very challenging for first time players! Highly recommended

Is this in my top 5 Midlands courses ........ ??You sure bet it is !! As i have noted previously, it is not always just the course that makes a club good (or bad for that matter). Beau is a simply great course, backed up with friendly members, a good bar (always nice to get a pint of Enville), and good food.As a course rater myself, you get to appreciate what makes a difficult" course

Fantastic golf course, great club house and service was excellent

Having had a number of people tell me how good this course is, 4 of us visited and played in the first week of July. A warm welcome in the Pro shop was followed by the friendly staff in the clubhouse. But the real star of the day was the course. There is a great flow to the holes, which require you to be able to shape shots and plot your way round, especially when there is a change in elevation. And the holes have lovely views either over the course or the local Staffordshire countryside. Certainly a course everyone should play, and one we'll visit again.

This is a stunning course. Each hole is aesthetically beautiful, as well as giving you plenty to think about in each shot. We played in October and the course was presented in fantastic condition. The club house is also a lovely building, and the staff,food and beer where all top quality.

Narrow fairways and thick rough makes this heathland course a real test. Not the longest, but accuracy is key here. The course was in very good condition and we were made to feel welcome by all the staff.

Beautiful landscape, condition and layout. Tree lined, slopey quick greens and tight fairways make this a great course to think around. Driving range and practice facilities. Will definitely come back

Excellent golf course in the top 100 , superb condition, magnificent greens. Has the feel and look of a Swinley Forest, very tree lined.Great environment with old school clubhouse you will not be disappointed
