I wasnt sure what to expect from Persian cuisine, but I have discovered that it's delicious! Well... It is the way they do it at Leila's. Staff were friendly, food arrived super quick. I've just been back for a second visit and found it to be just as good as the first time. It is now my number one cafe choice when I'm in Hebden - and given the number of cafés in Hebden that's saying something!

What a shame.The service was great. Very friendly staff.The food was just so bad. Its hard to get Welsh rarebit wrong to the extent they did. Bread not toasted, bechmel tasted strange and the cheese on top was only just warm and looked weird and dry. The plate was just a pile of mush.I had one bite and sent it back asking for it to be taken in the bill. The staff very politely agreed and asked if I would like anything else to which I said no.My girlfriend also hated her food, but I suspect she will leave her own review.

Simply amazing food. The spicy onion bhaji wrap was fabulous. A riot of flavour. The coffee is excellent too

Lovely warm welcome. Nice ambience. Really good value for both the vegan and vegetarian full English breakfasts. Generous portions and really good quality produce. Enjoyed every mouthful. Just one improvement would be for both our plates to be brought out at the same time. There was a good 5 minutes plus between them. Other than that a really pleasant and relaxing experience. X

What a beautiful little spot. Came for a full vegan breakfast and a latte on my birthday and couldn't have been happier. Such a lovely feel to the place. Thank you, I'm grateful I got the chance to come and hope to visit again!

Fantastic food (honestly so wonderful seeing Persian cuisine on a menu!!), lovely setting and welcoming staff. Stopped by for breakfast and left planning my next visit. A morning well spent.

I arrived early Saturday morning before the rush of customers. Very pleased to enjoy a healthy scrambled eggs. The sourdough bread is the best, from local bakers (market), and ensured food delicious and wholesome. Helpful, good service.

I can't disagree with what others have said. Lovely food and a warm welcome. I particularly enjoyed sitting at a table outside as the street was quiet and weather good. Next time I'll try the sangria. I'm sure it will go well with the delicious Persian food. A good selection of snacks and cakes also offered which may suit passing walkers and cyclists. 10/10 Leila's!

lovely breakfast. plenty of choice. Coffee was excellent and proper suger not in silly wee packets. food prepared with care.
