Impartial, professional, knowledgeable and offered a personalised service - my wife is very happy with her new watch. I visited the Breitling boutique on the off chance with my brother-in-law who was having his watch serviced. It was a pleasure to see such a professional, friendly and unpretentious horology boutique as this. Maryam was not just extremely knowledgeable about Breitling, but the whole watch market. She was just so helpful and even loosened my bracelet whilst I was waiting. How many boutiques would offer that level of customer service? Needless to say, I will look look forward to my next visit after eyes feasted on some of Breitling's new releases. Go and visit!
