At a time of need, I tried to contact two funeral homes. One didn't answer my enquiry, and the other was booked" until July. I can't tell you how fortunate I feel to have found Gary. He is the consummate professional

We could not thank Gary enough for supporting us and guiding us through the most difficult time of our lives. From the moment I spoke with Gary, I felt at ease that my baby will be looked after and that I can leave her in trusted hands. We never had to deal with any arrangements like this in our lives but Gary guided us from the begining with his best advices and care. I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to spend some time with our baby at their chapel - we didn't have much time together thus every minute was so precious and invaluable ♡Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Gary,Wayne, and all at Valentine and Turner are such amazing compassionate people. They done my nans funeral and my nephews funeral. They treated them like they were their own. They really helped ease our pain. The help love and compassion they showed to each and everyone of us was beyond words. I truly felt safe leaving our loved ones in their care. Nothing was ever too much for them what ever we ask for they made it happen we didn’t have to ask twice. I would highly recommend valentine and turner family funeral directors. Iv lost a lot of family and friends over the years but never felt the love and compassion from any other funeral directors apart from valentine and turner. The service we received from Gary,Wayne and all the amazing people who work at Valentine and Turner was second to none.from the moment we called them when my darling mum passed away at home they were outstanding. Their compassion, sympathy and care for us as a family and the care and respect for my mum was just exemplary. As a family we will never forget all they done.

We chose Valentine & Turner on the back of their reviews but they have surpassed expectation. They helped us with the funeral for our 8yr old boy and could not have been any more helpful. They accommodated us visiting our boy before the funeral and we’re accommodating. On the day of the funeral they were so respectful and treated our boy as if he was one of their own. An amazing family run business and made these terrible time for us as a family as easy as possible. We can’t thank Wayne and everyone else involved enough.

I received the best service I could have hoped for. Gary and Kirsty were so easy to talk to and they were very sympathetic and compassionate. They made me feel at ease and answered all my questions professionally.I would recommend Valentine and Turner Funeral Directors to anyone who has lost a loved one.I was married for 46 years and it really hurt when I lost my wife Christine but they made me feel at ease and helped me send my wife off in the most beautiful and memorable way I could have.Family and friends who attended the funeral said it was the most beautiful send off they have seen.Valentine and Turner Funeral Directors deserve 10 stars, but I can only give 5! Amazing service!

The service provided by Valentine & Turner is exceptional - extremely professional, compassionate and caring. From the moment they arrived at the house after Mum had passed away, they treated her with the utmost dignity and respect. They looked after her beautifully and ensured she had the best send-off possible. Thank you Gary and Family for looking after Mum, for looking after us and for going the extra mile to ensure all our requirements for Mum's funeral were met.

If I could give more stars I would. Gary has been extremely helpful, caring and just all round amazing. I can’t recommend him enough. My Nan would be proud. Thanks Gary
