If you’re a woman you’ll understand that a lot of garages treat you like you have no idea, but Pete is not like that at all, I know my own car and he listens to me. Recently had my MOT done by Pete, nothing is ever simple with my car but he had the patience and sorted it all for me. Honestly wouldn’t want anyone else to work on my car he is a top bloke.

My encounter with PRS's mechanic was nothing short of a disheartening nightmare. The MOT for my high-end vehicle, coupled with the presumptuous, chauvinistic, and unethical manipulation of my car's components, was an egregious act of deception. The deliberate introduction of faults post-MOT left me aghast, questioning the integrity of this establishment.When I returned to address these concerns, I was met with an aggressive, rude, and profoundly arrogant response. The mechanic's overt hostility during our confrontation only solidified my suspicions of foul play. This experience reeks of unprofessionalism and casts a long, disheartening shadow on the credibility of PRS as a reputable service provider. I felt not only disrespected but also violated by the mechanic's presumptive actions and disgraceful behaviour.As a customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and professionalism after receiving a good word of mouth review. Regrettably, my experience here was a nightmare after he took advantage of me as a female who 'appeared' like I didn't know what I was on about. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting their vehicles and hard-earned money with this place - especially if you're a female with a 'nice car'.
