I took my wheels to my alloys on a recommendation so I expected 'good' but I’ve been amazed by just how good this place is. The pre process to get the quote by email was easy and clear and the detailed in person quote and check with Jake and John, and very honest warnings it may be tricky to get the long curve nice and crisp.As for the work I’m absolutely blown away, the finish is just so good, absolutely perfect job. One person needs calling out here, Amber, when you have a business that has someone like Amber as your first point of contact it’s like a super power and totally reflects your business in the most positive way possible, every email, every chat, even wheeling the tyres out, Amber was on it, keeping me informed and feeling like a great customer. I don’t think I’ve been so happy to pay for something. Thanks MyAlloys team!

I am torn with my review sadly. Would award 2.5 stars but my annoyance is getting it rounded down.For starts the good, I had 4 alloys fully refurbished, 3 buckles removed and repainted to a darker silver. All, very good work and at a good reasonable price.My letdowns however come from their aftercare. I picked the car up after 4 days of leaving it there, and with the car having been sat outside for an additional day due to my collection time. On the journey home my car was shouting at me saying it couldn’t read any of the TPMS (tyre pressure system) with warning on dash. I pulled over to to double check pressures to find a front left was down to 20psi, the rest where fine. I pumped it up and finished my journey home.Phoned MyAlloys and arranged my car to be seen by them the following Friday. I left my car on the driveway till then and pumped up the tire daily to make sure it didn’t go flat.The next Friday I drove to them in the morning, to find my car hadn’t been booked in for the fixes. And fair enough to the garage they fit me in and managed to look at my car that morning.They found one of the tpms sensors (car side) was intermittent, and either played with it or reseated. They said a new part was recommended but to try it out. And in fairness whatever fix they did has worked since.Then comes my main letdown. They found a pin prick hole in the forward left tyres side wall. Said a new tyre was needed to fix. Said that on the way home or something I might have hit a stone.. or however. I know full well that my car went in with 4 serviceable and good tyres on the alloys. When driving home from collection to have found one tyre already at 20psi 10 minutes after collection is enough proof to me to know that the hole/damage happened with them.No admittance to possible damage from them happened during the Friday. And now I have had to fork out an additional £126 for a new tyre from damaged not caused my myself.I know my car went in with good tyres and came out with one having damage on the side wall that has required me to pay for replacement, not happy. After how good a job they did on the actual refurbishment I am torn on recommending this place, it’s a shame.

MyAlloys did a great job on my scuffed and flaking wheels. Less vibration in the steering wheel after having a buckle removed too.

Overall, very pleased with MyAlloys. Riley helped answer my questions really well for someone who doesn't know much about alloy refurbishment.The Technicians who removed my alloy and put the spare on were friendly and courteous.My only criticism is that they could improve communication. I was told my alloy would be ready by Wednesday but by Thursday, had no contact. I called up a few times and eventually got an answer. They had a person off sick, which happens, so they were a bit pressured.I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't really an issue.Great place, I would recommend.

I have used MyAlloys several times, from having alloys reconditioned to more recently my preferred tyre supplier and the team are great. They are friendly and professional, take great care of your car and its wheels and even spotted a potential brake caliper issue for me which could have been quite dangerous had their technician not identified them.

Had the pleasure of using My Alloys for the first time this week to refurbish two alloys on my transporter camper. The service received from everyone was outstanding and they went above and beyond by replacing a missing wheel part that was identified during the refurbishment….thanks guys and please keep up the good work, service like you provided is unfortunately a rare thing to find nowadays!

Fitted 4 new tyres through a 3rd party website. Nice and friendly team. The garage seems tidy and everyone knows his job. Fitted four low profile 20 tyres within 30 minutes

Have used MyAlloys for a number of years and have to conclude everytime has been a great and professional service whether that is having wheels refurbished or as today a crack in an alloy that needed welding. Always greeted with a warm welcome as you walk into the reception area and a spot on job by the techies. Cant recommend them enough. Superb
