Amazing gym, was never a gym goer in my life and decided one day it was time to do something about it.Pudsey and John make you feel welcome from the moment you set your foot through the door. If you're apprehensive don't be, give them a shout they'll only be too happy to help.You won't regret it, if this place can make me want to get up out of bed and go to it it can make anybody!
