Very good very clean and staff very helpful as it wasn't digital last time I used a launderette and the quilts I wanted to wash were too large for my machine at home

My relatives And myself have individually visited this laundrette and there’s a lady that works here (main employee Has been working there for many years ) , this lady is extremely rude and very prejudiced individual we have all had a very horrible and rude reception from this woman . hostile and rude reception as soon as we entered the laundrette , had no mask on And spoke to customers that also have non on but chooses certain customers to shout at when they don’t have it non ( irony she doesn’t actually wear one ) . I’d like to make a more formal complaint does anyone have details for this ?
