Couldn’t stand the place. Staff are strange. Unhelpful to most. Overworked. There’s not a great deal in store. Obv it’s located in edlo which stands for no class but come on at least act like you can do a job.

All ways happy to help. What a load of rubbish is that slogan is. Management rude. Would not open another till. Staff seem nice and talkative, some with a smile but they just don't seem to help out. im Allways waiting in a queue Staff dont seem to hurry in this place. 20mins standing in a queueGET RID OF THE PAY POINT DEVICE OR AT LEAST PUT TWO PEPOLE ON THAT TILL! (too much for one person to do. Parcels, lotto, cigs, pay point, there on till and checking the self scanners)

Every time I go to the edlington asda the kiosk is never open staff are using self service as a duplicate this kiosk is for cigarettes and lottery and high volume alcohol witch is never available about time someone from head office sorfed the problem this kiosk should never be closed

Went to this Asda and bought cooked chicken strips, buy time I got home which is 2 mins away was cold, I did put a formal complaint into there head office, they told me would look into this, I know that chicken has to be kepted at temperatures but in this case was poor. Not impressed with service and store standards

It's a good place for bargains, generally acceptable prices in the present cost of living crisis. Much better than food supermarket.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair.I visited Edlington branch on Friday 29 Oct to get a couple of things.. It must have seemed that I was struggling, as a floor assistant by the name of Rihanna came over and asked if I needed help, upon which she took my basket and helped with my shopping, put my groceries through the till, then bagged them up.. she offered to carry my bag out to the car, but I declined her offer.. what a wonderful young lady and an asset to your store.. you need more like her.Tony M

I wanted to go in to see if I could get a cooked chicken and I they had one to buy, I bought it and enjoyed eating it for dinner and what was left enjoyed with chips and gravy.
