Bought an Ateca from Kay who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Relaxed demonstrations with no pressure sales whilst looking for the right car. Communication throughout the deal was good. Minor post sale issues were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend this garage to those looking for another car.

If you are thinking about buying a car from Seat Blackpool, i would advise you not to. We bought a Seat Atteca from them back in October 2022. The sale process was a distance sale as we lived many miles away. The agreed a deal on the phone and paid a deposit. The sales man called Norman sold us what we thought was a service plan and many other benefits and asked us to give him a review on the garage. Once we left the review the service went completely down hill. It took many calls and months before we received the car deposit back. Months on we had problems with the central locking, gear box and electric windows. Ever since we bought the car it has had so many problems it’s been in and out of the garage. Recently I contacted the garage made a formal complaint in which the have taken the car in to check it over and have had the car coming up to 10 weeks now. We have had 2 updates about what’s happening with the car and left 3 voicemails in which we have heard nothing back from. Every time we call nobody is available to talk. We are currently paying for a car every month that we don’t even have in our possessions. The garage don’t care about there customers. Please don’t buy from this garage.

Wanted to give my thanks to Kay who has helped me very smoothly and easily part exchange my old car for a new one. Process was explained very well, straightforward and easy to complete. Was able to part exchange, buy, tax, and do the retention for my custom plate in the same session with no issues (Insurance done beforehand!). Thank you for making the whole thing so easy, as I was quite nervous - and for the quality car.

Shocking!Bought a used car from them for just shy of £30k. One of the conditions was that the damage on the rear bumper was repaired. Came to collect and the damage was not repaired because apparently there wasn’t the money in the deal to repair it correctly. After telling them I wouldn’t take it without it being resolved they agreed to respray the bumper a week later. 1 hours drive from the dealership and the ‘check engine oil level’ warning comes up. Stopped at the next services, checked the oil level and it was barely on the bottom of the dipstick. The car had been given a full service before I collected it. Dealership was full of apologies and said they would reimburse me for the money I had to pay out to top up the oil. Nearly two weeks later and still no sign of the money. Dealership also put a new MOT on the car. They gave the car a pass even though one of the rear seatbelts could not be used as it was broken (have reported this to DVSA). This was repaired by them when they repainted the bumper.Would I recommend Blackpool SEAT - NoWould I buy another car from them - Definitely not.
