Thier customer service is bad . Shaan is horrible and not patient . We paid money and they made film and edited the songs like a child making a TikTok video . It was not personal. I Am not happy with Osman who lost his equipment and said that we the bridal family had stolen or lost thier items . I feel that was used against us . I would not recommend them what do ever .

Awesome bunch of professionals at Grafx Media. They really know what they are up to while Photography, Cinematography and other media services. During one of wedding event, the Grafx Team proved that they have best cameras and equipment to cover the event very professionally in a very friendly way. Photo Albums were produced with great care. Just amazingly good work. Well done Grafx Media team, well recommended.
