Absolutely horrific dentist!!! My mum was supposed to have a procedure back in August and had paid £225 and then they kept cancelling her appointments and then told her the dentist that was supposed to do it is now off for the next year due to a misconduct in the work place. Following this, she asked for a refund and that she’d go to another dentist instead however in the last four months we have not received one penny back from them. We’ve left multiple voicemails and not heard anything and as you can see from a lot of other reviews this is an ongoing problem. We’ve also been into the dentist itself numerous of times to get some sort of update and still absolutely nothing, the most recent was my mother and father went into the dentist yesterday and was told the manager wasn’t able to come speak to them but would definitely call them in the afternoon, and as of today they still have not received that phone call. We will now be looking into taking this further now to get my mothers money back, of which during all of this she is still having pain as she still hasn’t had the procedure done due to lack of funds which this dentist is holding.

Cancelled my appointment AGAIN, but via text message outside of opening hours and yet again on the actual day! This is for a root canal, which is their fault for cancelling a replacement filling which they messed up. Will be reporting this practice to the relevant bodies as this is utterly disgusting. No wonder so many people have bad teeth!

Not even one star. Had an appointment cancelled again by then practice, no reason why. Spent a week trying to get through to them no answer and no call back. I need a tooth seeing to as I am on Holiday soon and they cancelled my appointment for last Friday. Dentist are hard to come by, I live an hour away so can't just pop in and enquire. My opinion is they treat Private before NHS, my money's the same as anyone's.

Worst dental care ever! Do not even think to register here! They have NO RESPECT for NHS patients. They kept cancelling my appointments to make my maternity exemption expire. They did the same with my kids several times. Once I lost one day at work and my child one day of school to attend the appointment and once I was there , they cancelled it and didn't bother to contact me as they had no internet or phones line active to call... how ridiculous is that? I complained and booked another appointment and I just got a message (at least this time they contacted me!) telling me that they don't see kids anymore...probably because they don't pay?! I will definitely report their behaviour to higher level.

Horrible experience. No service or care at all.Two appointments scheduled for my family, being cancelled for three times ridiculously. Poor human resource management. Therapist resigned for 2 weeks and not notifying us until the appointment date. Wasting our annual leave for this.Severe dental pain, no emergency dental service, phone never picked up, voicemail never answer, email is no longer checked, centre manager said there is no receptionist to do these things ridiculously. Therapist said cannot refer to hospital as not being put on the system yet.The dental practice seems not caring about our needs and not acting in our best interest. It fails to operate safely and don’t even have a channel for complaint or receiving feedback. No hope.

This dental practice is a joke. I was booked 1.5 years ago and my appointments has been cancelled twice without giving any reason. I went to speak to the receptionist and I was told it was a mess of this clinic. Staff walks out because of not being paid or underpaid. No one takes a responsibility and you will be just be rescheduled for another appointment without a guarantee to be seen. I’d not recommend this clinic whether you are private or NHS patient as the low work ethic there. The staff told me that the owner lives in another planet and does not listen to them and the patient.

AVOID Worse dentist. Don’t be taken in by their NHS availability. Appointments are always cancelled with no communication. Just turned up for my appointment and was sent away. You never see the same dentist or receptionist twice. Long waits when you do get an appointment. Save your time!

Absolutely terrible practice.Had an appointment 12 months ago and was told I need full dentures after 5 roots were removed. That was done at hospital but now I've lost another 2 teeth and I've made over 12 phone calls which go direct to voicemail and NEVER get calls returned. They also never respond to emails and that also goes for the head office.Absolutely disgraceful service and dentists.

They cancelled my hygienist appointment on the day via text. No courtesy to even call me. This was in September.Since then I have called on average twice a week. They have never answered my calls. Never returned my numerous Voicemails. Never returned my emails.Poor customer service.And the worst part part I've paid for the treatment already!
