Not to be trusted: 1) I broke the internal part of a trickle vent they installed before I moved in, so contacted them to know what product it was to get a replacement. They didn't want to tell me and wanted to charge me £171.00 for it. I had to find the manufacturer, pay £10 for the part and screwed (2 screws) the thing on my window in 2 minutes.2) Interestingly enough the only positive comment they have is from someone that shares the same family name as the salesman

An awful experience with an unprofessional attitude.The lack of customer service is shocking and to make matters worst the manager seems to find his attitude totally acceptable; it was like dealing with a stroppy teenager. I was made to feel totally responsible even though they supplied something I didn't order.The shop, office and factory are an absolute mess, with rubbish strewn everywhere. What you see on the outside is how you can expect to be treated.I strongly suggest you do not use this company, I am extremely disappointed with Windglass. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating you are forced to give on this post.
