Creature Comforts

I HAD A QUERY WITH REGARD TO MY BUDGIE, THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ADVICE AND I WAS ABLE TO HAVE A HOME DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS I REQUIRED, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND CREATURE COMFORTS.

Good selection healthy chews such as buffalo ears, trachea and tendons, and friendly helpful staff, it's good place to socialise my dog to humans as he can be nervous, the smells and shoplifting a dog biscuit make it a pleasurable shop for him, and the staff are excellent and understanding, and don't overwhelm him.

The staf are amazing and super friendly! Nothing is too much trouble and their product knowledge is great. I love getting my dogs food and treats there. Can't recommend Creature Comforts more.

I booked my parrot in for their boarding then brought her back home and realised something was off about her behaviour change she was riddled with some type of lice or flea not sure avoid at all costUnfortunately she has now pass away I am truly deeply destroyed from this

Has everything you need and more!! Staff are great, if they dont have what you want they usually have it for you the next day they also deliver with a smile

Great Pet shop with lots of choice.

Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Huge variety of pet foods, treats and accessories. Live pets for sale which I'm not a fan of but they are well housed and looked after. Pet groomer by appointment.

Bought my Grandaughters some gold fish next day one died I pH the pet shop owner said come back and ill replace it no questions didn't even want to see fish or reciept so trusting well done ( Now that's the way to do Business )Thank You

First time visiting here and we won’t be back. We have 2, 6 month old ragdolls and after reading up on what ingredients to avoid in cat food my boyfriend recommend creature comforts to see what they had available and also have a little look at some of the lovely animals whilst we were there! He told me his family had used them for years and said they had some great stuff!The man (who I’m assuming is the owner) made us feel extremely uncomfortable and 100% was following us around the shop almost like he thought we were going to steal. We were looking at the cat food ingredients of all the different brands to make sure they didn’t contain any of the nasty stuff I’d been reading about, so we spent a bit of time down one aisle and every so often he would pop his head round or sometimes just fully stare at us and walk away as if to check up on us yet he didn’t say anything each time. This happened several times, he also didn’t speak a word to us at the till when the lovely girl was ringing up our items. At one point he came behind the counter, folded his arms and just stared at us??! I would have loved if he had just approached us and asked us if we needed any help as I could have used some advice really! If we moved to a certain area of the shop (I wanted to browse the treats and toys ie - SHOPPING) he would hover around us and it just made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only saving grace was the fact their own brand of pet food was perfect as it seemed to have the most natural ingredients so we purchased that along with a toy each however I will never be back. What an awful atmosphere to create. Please do better.
